Salesforce Inbox is a fully integrated CRM and email management software that combines your email, calendar, and client management system to create a seamless sales experience.The purpose of this article is to document the process to setup inbox in Gmail

  1. Navigate to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/salesforce/jjghhkepijgakdammjldcbnjehfkfmha?hl=en-US and “Add to Chrome”
  1. Click Add to Extension
  2. Navigate to Gmail
  3. The salesforce section should open on the right, if not refresh Gmail
  4. Click Login to Salesforce
  5. A popup window should open: Click Connect to Email Account
  6. Enter your username: youremail@progresslearning.com and password
  7. Click Log into Salesforce
  8. The window will close and gmail should now look like this
