Purpose

This article helps give guidance to the Salesforce Opportunity record page layouts released in June 2024.

Intended Audience

  • All Salesforce Users

Notes

  • All apps in Salesforce will see the same style page
Page layouts may update and this article may not include all future changes. If significant areas are missing or out of date, please reach out to the Sales Ops team

Opportunity Page Sections

Highlights Panel

  • 7 Buttons could show at the top of the page:
    • + Follow
    • Edit
    • New CPQ Quote
    • New Renewal Quote
    • Manage Trial
    • Delete (Available with correct permissions)
    • Send with Conga Sign (Available with correct permissions)

Core
  • Opportunity name, Account Name, Opportunity Owner, Type, Stage, Next Step, Close Date, Start & Expiration Dates, and Opportunity Score (when Opportunity is not closed)
New Customer (only shows on New Customer Record Type)

    • Demo fields for SDR & AE teams
    • New Sales Amount & Weighted New Sales Amount
