  1. How do schools sync with Progress Learning?
  • When an opportunity moves to PO in Hand or Closed Won the school will sync to PL.
  • When a trial from a demo or teacher free trial contract is created.
  1. How do districts sync with Progress Learning?
  • Districts sync ANY TIME a school syncs FROM an opportunity.
  1. When do subscriptions sync?
  • When subscriptions are created/updated from a contract from a closed won opportunity
  • When a trial upgrade is started
  • When a prospect trial or teacher free trial is started
  1. Which fields for the School/District sync to PL?
  • Account Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • District associated with the School (Parent account in Salesforce)
  1. How soon after we make the change in SF is it changed in PL? 
  • Expectations should be set that it will take 30 minutes. This is because two syncs have to occur or maybe one is missed.
  • Schools/Districts: Technically every 15 minutes starting at 10 after the hour. 
  • Subscriptions: Technically every 15 minutes starting at 05 after the hour
