Connect Zoom to Salesforce

The Zoom integration with Salesforce will allow you to start and schedule meetings directly within Salesforce. You can quickly set up Zoom meetings with leads and view your scheduled Zoom meetings.

The purpose of this article is to connect Zoom to Salesforce.

  1. Open Salesforce
  2. Click on "Take Me There" in the blue banner that says Connect Zoom

  1. If this banner does not show, please click on your profile > Settings > Connected Accounts (left sidebar) > Video Accounts
  2. Click on Review and Agree To Terms of Service
  3. Check the box I understand and acknowledge these terms.
  4. Click Agree
  5. Click Connect
  6. Log in to Zoom with your @progresslearning.com email address and password
  7. Click the checkbox for Allow this app to use my shared access permissions and click Allow
