Purpose
The purpose of this article is to check info on contact being emailed without having to go to Salesforce. This should speed up your communication with customers as you don't have to click between multiple tabs or applications.
Intended Audience
Any customer facing person that is sending out emails and logging them to Salesforce
- Open Gmail
- Open an email that is a known contact or lead in Salesforce
- Open Inbox
- The lead or contact should show up under the Related tab
- Click their name
- Click the related tab
- Under related you should see Cadences header
- Validate if there is a title or not
