Trial Upgrade Approval Process

  1. Click on App Launcher in the top left corner in Salesforce.

  1. Type "platform requests" and click to select

  1. Click on the arrow beside "Validation Queue" and select "Trial Upgrade - My Validation Queue"
You can pin "My Validation Queue" for easy access

  1. Click on the Request Number, then click "Validate"

  1. Review the request and select "Approved" or "Rejected"
  2. You will receive a notification that the request has been approved and the request will be removed from the queue.
