How Do I Use Our CRM?

This article will continue to grow as improvements are added to the Mini CRM.

Access the Mini CRM

  1. Navigate to https://academics.progresslearning.com/. Log in using your credentials.
  2. Click Administration. Click Mini CRM to access the Mini CRM.
If the screen does not load, log out and log back in.
  1. Click the Users tab to make a school search.
  • State drop-down: You must select the state
  • Use any other filters to search for the user.
  1. You can find the user's login information by looking under these columns.
  • Account Login Name (Account ID)
  • Username
  • Password
  1. Click the Schools tab to make a school search.
  2. Filter by any of the following options:
  • State drop-down: select the state: You must select the state
  • School field: type in the school name
  • District drop-down: select the district
  • City field: type in the city
  1. Click Filter.
  1. Locate the school's Account ID under the Account Login Name column.
  2. If a school syncs with Clever/ClassLink/Canvas, you can verify this by locating the CleverID/ClassLinkID/CanvasID in the Clever/Class Link/Canvas columns.
  3. Click the icon under Action to create a school administrator login for the school. (scroll over if you do not see this option)
  1. Click on the school name to view/update the following:
  • District Name
  • NWEA: shows what grades are activated/mapped
    • If it shows "2", 2nd grade is taking in account K-1 as well.
    • The school NWEA ID will be populated. The district NWEA ID is currently not listed.
  • ClassLink: if there is a ClassLink School ID, this school syncs with ClassLink.
  • Clever: if there is a Clever School ID, this school syncs with Clever.
  • Subscription: shows the subscriptions the school has. You can update the end dates here and click Update.
After updating subscription end dates, log out and log back in to ensure the changes were made. Contact your manager if this does not work.
  1. Click the Districts tab to make a district search.
  2. Filter by any of the following options:
  • State drop-down: select the state: You must select the state
  • District drop-down: select the district
  • City field: type in the city
  1. Click Filter.
  2. If a district syncs with Clever or Canvas, you can verify this by locating the CleverID or CanvasID in the Clever/Canvas columns. Search for the school to verify ClassLink.

  1. Click on the District name to view/update the following:
    • District Name
    • NWEA: Currently not listed for Districts*
    • ClassLink: if there is a ClassLink School ID, this district syncs with ClassLink.
    • Clever: if there is a Clever School ID, this district syncs with Clever.
