Remove a Contact from a Cadence

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to remove a contact from a Cadence

Intended Audience

Anyone who is customer facing that no longer wants a contact in a cadence because they either responded, or they are no longer a viable contact.

  1. Open Salesforce
  2. Navigate to the contact/lead you’ve added to a cadence
  3. The sales engagements section should show them as part of it
  4. Click the dropdown above the cadence title and choose “Remove from Cadence”
  5. Under Disposition choose the proper disposition
  6. Under Related To, if applicable, find the opportunity the demo/trial is tied to
  7. For attribution event choose “Opportunity Advancement”
  8. Click Remove
