How Do I Manage Bad Leads in Quick Call?

  1. In Quick Call, click the down arrow next to the lead record you would like to remove.
  2. Click Manage. Once in the Manage Screen, select “No Longer at (school/district) name", then click “Next”. The lead record has been removed from the account.
