Send a Meeting Time

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to send a meeting time with a prospect or contact.

Intended Audience

This is for any customer facing person that wants to offer meeting times to a prospect or customer.

  1. Open Gmail
  2. Open email from customer
  3. Click reply
  4. Open Inbox (cloud icon) on the top right
  5. Under the “compose” tab you should see an availability section
  6. Choose one of the following:
    1. Scheduling Link
    2. Next 3 Available Times
    3. Preferred Times
  7. Send the email
